We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
With us, make a return is easy, here are steps regarding return:
- log in to your account (use the same email when you made the purchase) on our website;
- Select the order and the items that you want to return, then click "Request return";
- After getting the free return shipping label from us, pack the products in the packaging that came with the products;
- Stick the returning shipping label on the package and send to the shipping service point near you;
- You'll get a confirmation email when we have received your return items
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Returns must be sent out within 2 weeks of receiving the return shipping label.
- Only one return per order is free of charge.

- It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you don't get your refund after 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@starrysilver.com.
